Apply

Download and submit our application form, have your psychiatrist write you a letter of recommendation and ask some of your family, friends and coworkers to write letters about why they believe you would benefit having a four-legged helper.

Once your application has been accepted, you will be asked to interview and meet face to face where we will begin the nitty gritty of what you need out of a dog to maximize your healing.

After a successful interview, you will be placed onto a waitlist while we find a pup with the right temperament then begin working more closely with you throughout the process.

Come to training and graduate!

Once your dog is ready, you will be asked to attend a weeklong training to teach you how to properly handle your new helpmate and promote the new bond with your Service Dog.

When you have successfully completed the training week, you will graduate with your new furry, four-legged best friend!

Some follow-up meetings and check ins will occur every couple months to ensure you and your service dog are working well together and no problems arise.

Application being updated, please email for application details.
